The goal is (1) "dismissal so you win", (2) reduction of fines to save you money, (3) where unable to get case dismissed get traffic school where eligible
Criminal Defense -- Misdemeanors of all kinds from assault, to trespass and driving under the influence, Felonies from simple possession, domestic violence, through serious felonies including burglary, robbery and homicide.
Juvenile Dependency -- Representing parents or relatives where children removed from home. Assist parents in getting their children returned home with goal of relative placement whenever possible.
Creditor/Debtor letters -- Reviewing documents and sending letters in disputes regarding money owed.
